1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Closet Crystal (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What Closet Crystal does

Closet Crystal helps you import wardrobe items, view analytics, get personalized style insights (your “gemstone”), and receive AI-generated outfit suggestions and roasts. Content may include opinions, humor, or suggestions — treat them as style guidance, not objective fact.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the clothing data you add.
• You agree not to upload illegal content or anything you don’t have the right to share.
• You agree not to misuse the App (for example: attempt to reverse engineer our systems or abuse rate limits).

4. AI-generated content

We use AI to describe style patterns, generate roasts, and suggest outfits. AI can make mistakes. You agree that Closet Crystal is not liable for decisions you make based on AI content (clothing purchases, budgeting, etc.).

5. Paid features

Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase in the future (for example: unlimited chat, advanced packing lists, or shared closets). Pricing and availability may change.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in behavior that harms other users or our infrastructure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closet Crystal and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as we ship new features. We will update the “Last updated” date above and may notify you in-app.
