Closet Crystal (“we,” “our,” or “us”) helps you understand your wardrobe, spending, and style. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: Email, password (securely hashed), and basic profile details you provide.
• Closet data: Items you upload or import — brand, price, category, color, etc.
• Usage data: App activity like which features you tap, your device type, crash logs, and diagnostic analytics.
• AI chat content: Questions you ask the style assistant so we can respond and improve suggestions.

2. How we use your data

• To generate insights (your top brands, color patterns, spending trends, gemstone personality).
• To provide personal outfit suggestions and packing lists.
• To improve product performance, detect abuse, and ship new features.
• To contact you about critical updates or changes to our terms.

3. How we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us run core infrastructure (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics). They are only allowed to process your data on our behalf and must protect it.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our users or the public.

4. Your choices

• You can request deletion of your account and wardrobe data in-app.
• You can email privacy@closetcrystal.com for data export or questions.

5. Children

Closet Crystal is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as we launch new features. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be announced in-app.
